The challenge
In an emergency, uncertainty adds pressure. People need to know where to ask for care and whether a hospital has seen their request.
ResQCare exists to make emergency coordination easier to understand. We separate what the platform can verify today from what it hopes to improve next.

When time is short, a clear answer matters.
In an emergency, uncertainty adds pressure. People need to know where to ask for care and whether a hospital has seen their request.
Put the patient request and hospital response on one visible path. Share only the details needed for the hospital to prepare.
Reported resources, request IDs and status changes make the handoff easier to follow. They support people and clinicians; they do not replace judgment or emergency services.
The current public request flow connects to hospital operations, where staff can update a request and its associated resources. We do not yet have independently verified response-time or patient-outcome statistics.
The next meaningful improvements depend on verified hospital participation, protected patient identity and an actual ambulance-location feed—not simulated numbers on a map.
Learn how a pre-arrival request reaches the connected hospital and how its status becomes visible to the patient.
