About ResQCare

Built by students. Driven by a real problem.

ResQCare is a student-built emergency care coordination platform designed to make communication between patients, emergency teams, and hospitals clearer when every second matters.

Why ResQCare

Why we built ResQCare

During an emergency, finding the right hospital is only the beginning. Teams may need to know whether the required resources are available, whether the hospital can respond, and how quickly coordination can happen.

We built ResQCare to explore a simpler workflow — connecting emergency requests with hospital resource information so that important information can be shared before arrival.

ResQCare is a coordination platform, not a treatment or diagnosis system.
One connected workflow
01
Clarity first

Important hospital and resource information should be easy to understand.

02
Hospital coordination

Emergency requests and hospital responses can be connected through one workflow.

03
Resource visibility

Relevant resource information can be surfaced before arrival.

04
Honest data

Prototype hospital information is identified as simulated unless explicitly verified.

ResQCare in action

From an idea to a working prototype.

ResQCare was presented to our school leadership as we demonstrated the platform, explained the problem it addresses, and discussed how the system could coordinate emergency requests with hospital resources.

Our approach

What guides ResQCare

01

Clarity first

Emergency teams should be able to understand important resource and hospital information quickly.

02

Coordination over complexity

ResQCare focuses on bringing important information into one connected workflow.

03

Minimum necessary information

The platform is designed around the information needed for coordination rather than unnecessary data.

04

Honest representation

Prototype hospital information is clearly identified as simulated unless explicitly verified.

Safety & trust

What ResQCare does — and does not do

ResQCare is a coordination and information platform, not a medical diagnosis or treatment system.

  • ResQCare does not replace emergency medical professionals.
  • A pre-arrival request is not a confirmed admission.
  • Availability can change rapidly and must be confirmed by hospital staff.
  • Hospitals make clinical and resource-allocation decisions.
