How it works

From first request to hospital response.

A straightforward path through the information ResQCare can actually provide.

01

Start with immediate help

If someone needs urgent medical care, call 112 or your local emergency number. ResQCare does not dispatch responders.

02

Share a pre-arrival request

Choose the emergency category and resources needed. Press and hold the SOS control to send the request to the connected hospital.

03

Hospital staff respond

The hospital sees the request and can accept, confirm, or decline based on current resource availability.

04

Receive a request ID

Keep the ID private. It is how the current system finds your request; there is no verified patient account yet.

05

Follow the status

Use your request ID to see each recorded hospital status change. The page refreshes while open and pauses in a hidden tab.

06

Continue to care

Follow the hospital's instructions. An ambulance assignment or journey appears only if a connected service supplies that information.

Tracking, clearly explained

Updates are real. GPS is shown only when available.

Request status and hospital resource updates come from the existing connected system. Ambulance assignment, driver details, live position and ETA are not currently provided by that system, so the tracking page identifies those values as unavailable.
